In the course of their further successful expansion we are looking for a HQ-based
(Global) Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d).

In your role as (Global) Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) your primary responsibility is to enable and support the growth of our client’s global customer base through successful adoption of technology, processes and strategies that match and exceed customer expectations and our client’s overall business goals. You will be the ambassador of customer success and will align the sales organization and all corporate and supporting functions to the same goals. You will lead the new department 'Sales Operations', which you will help to set up so that it will reach a team size of 3-4 employees. You and your team take care of everything the company’s customer facing team need to have in place to be successful in their day-to-day activities. You contribute to the definition and deployment of a worldwide S&OP process, including Pipeline management and sales forecasting (demand planning) and you drive adoption of core technologies and systems required to run the sales business, e.g. CRM / Quotation tools (Salesforce), ERP (SAP S/4HANA), BI (PowerBI), etc. Furthermore you create and maintain documentation on sales processes and policies. Finally, you design and administer Sales Incentive Programs and Sales Compensation Plans, in close collaboration with HR and Sales Leadership.
You hold an university degree in Technology (like Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) or Business Administration with a preferably technical background. In addition you provide strong proven experience in sales operations, sales or sales-support leadership roles in a B2B-environment and the experience of having owned the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel. You have strong organizational, presentation and planning skills as well as program and project management capabilities. Furthermore your verbal communication is strong and convincing at all levels, fluent English skills are a must have, as well as a willingness to travel internationally. We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking and experience with transformation of business functions. To complete your profile, you have knowledge in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) and affinity for the digitization of processes and tasks.
